S’mores Breakfast Sandwich

Feeds 3-5; Takes 30 min

Ingredients for S’mores Breakfast Sandwich

  • 6 slices fresh brioche bread
  • 15-18 raspberries
  • 6 oz almond butter (about 2oz per sammy)
  • 6 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 10-12 chocolate squares (I used Ghirardelli dark)
  • 3 oz black raspberry jam (1oz per sammy)
  • Butter

Method

You’re making 3 sandwiches. Heat your grill pan to medium.

Butter one sides of each piece of brioche and toast while you get the other ingredients prepped.

Once it’s golden, remove all the bread and assemble.

On one slice spread on fluff, raspberry jam and raspberries. On the other slice spread on almond butter and top with chocolate squares.

Close the sandwiches and toast again to warm up the chocolate. Eat with the nostalgia of childhood camping – or share with your kids:)
