This handsome vixen start with good crusty, toasty sourdough, crispy bacon, thick slices of avocado, melty brie, heirloom tomato and smothered with lemony, roasted garlicky miso mayo.

Ingredients for Billionaire BLT
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1 heirloom tomato, sliced in rounds
- 1 lb bacon, cut in half lengthwise
- 8 oz good brie, cut for 4 sandwiches
- 1 – 1 1/2 avocados, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 head garlic, roasted with olive oil and salt
- 2 tbsp white miso
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt, butter

Method
Bake bacon at 425F convection until crispy ~ 20 min.
While this is cooking, mix together mayo, half of the roasted garlic head, lemon juice, miso and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate.
Butter the outsides of your bread. Heat a pan to medium heat. Lay the brie slices on the bottom piece of bread. Top with bacon, tomato, avocado and mayo the top piece of bread.
Toast on the stove to melt the cheese and get the bread a golden color.
Serve and enjoy with all your billionaire buds.
